NATIVE SEED COLLECTION FOR DESERT HABITAT RESTORATION: Botanist have initiated a five-year native seed collection project for habitat restoration projects in the Sonoran Basin and Southern California mountains, two major ecoregions in California, as reported on the website of the Bureau of Land Management.
